A new village of 50 tiny homes is rising in Glendale, offering a fresh start for veterans experiencing homelessness. These aren’t just shelters; they are fully furnished, permanent tiny homes with kitchens and bathrooms—designed for safety, dignity and healing.

We were proud to support Veterans Community Project's incredible mission with a $100,000 donation. With an 85% success rate nationally, this is a game-changer for Arizona vets.

At BHHS Legacy Foundation, we believe that when mission-driven organizations come together, they can do more than share space—they can spark new ideas, build lasting partnerships and multiply their impact. At our collaborative campus, Legacy Place, nearly 25 organizations work toward a shared vision of advancing health, equity and opportunity for all. Thank you to Mission of Mercy Arizona for illustrating this so beautifully.Mission of Mercy Arizona was honored to join our fellow Legacy Place partners for a collaborative gathering hosted by BHHS Legacy Foundation and LISC Phoenix.

Our Executive Director, Paula Carvalho, shared how being part of the Legacy Place community has opened the door to meaningful partnerships — from connecting patients with Check for a Lump for breast cancer resources, to distributing fresh produce to our patients in food deserts through Gregory's Fresh Market, engaging volunteers through Experience Matters a program from the ASU Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation. All designed to work together to amplify impact for good!

Together, we’re proving that when mission-driven organizations share space, ideas, and purpose — healing through love extends even further.

💙 Thank you to BHHS Legacy Foundation and LISC Phoenix for bringing us all together to celebrate community, collaboration, and compassion in action.

We believe no student should have to choose between food and their education.

As part of our 25th Anniversary, we are proud to support Phoenix College and their vital Bumstead Resource Room. This $25,000 grant will help keep the pantry stocked with healthy food for students facing food insecurity. #bhhslegacy25
