Get the (Tax) Credit You Deserve

Choose which charitable organization you want to support.

File your taxes and claim the credit using AZDOR form 321. Tax credits reduce your taxes dollar-for-dollar as a credit (not a deduction).

Receive your tax credit—up to $400 if single or $800 if filing a joint return. Everyone qualifies. There’s no need to itemize!

This is a great way to reduce your tax liability and help people in your community at the same time. It’s simple. It’s easy. And it’s no extra cost to you.

Plus, BHHS Legacy Foundation and Legacy Connection have teamed up to double the donations going to select programs. A donation of $400 with a match from the Foundation will send 10 kids back to school fully clothed, accessorized, and ready to learn. A donation of $800 will similarly send 20 kids back to school with confidence.

Give to Legacy Connection by May 17 to claim it on your 2020 tax return and get up to $800 back.
