Priority 2: Improve Community Health

We support organizations that monitor and sustain the programs, services, and opportunities to improve community health and quality of life through prevention, education, and awareness. Grant proposals should support one or more of the following goals:

• Increase the promotion, awareness, and prevention of public health concerns.
• Address and reduce disparities in community and public health.
• Support improvements in the delivery of health services and activities that promote health.
• Collect health data for advocacy, project/program development, and implementation.
