There’s no better way to kick off the new year than by reflecting on the power of community! On Dec. 18, the BHHS Legacy Foundation team—including one of our dedicated Board members—had the honor of volunteering with Diana Gregory Outreach Services / Gregory's Fresh Market for their "Veggies for Veterans" event at the VA Hospital.

Working alongside friends from State Farm and APS, we rolled up our sleeves to pack bags of fresh, nutritious fruits and vegetables. The best part? Handing them out to our local veterans in the outpatient clinic and greeting them curbside at the main entrance.

Huge thanks to Diana Gregory for leading the charge in bringing food equity and fresh produce to our veteran community!

So grateful for the support from the BHHS Legacy Foundation in helping to combat food insecurity. Over 700 veterans received bags of fresh produce.

Love seeing the continuous ways you support the nonprofit communities and serve others!!
