To enhance the quality of life and health of those we serve.
Vision
To create collaborative community relationships through financial contributions, leadership and technical assistance with health and health-related nonprofit service organizations, projects and programs that focus primarily on the development, support and improvement of community health education, prevention, access and delivery.
We identify unmet needs and service gaps in the greater Phoenix and Tri-State regions, with an emphasis on strengthening health-related causes for the underserved populations and helping build the capacity of community nonprofit service organizations.
